Privacy notice

This notice applies to the public AiFinPay Wallet for ChatGPT beta. It is non-custodial and is not a custody or exchange service.

Data processed

The beta processes public wallet addresses and publicly available blockchain balance and transaction data, plus OAuth authorization, payment-intent, policy and audit metadata needed to operate the requested flow. A user-requested swap sends the selected public payout/refund addresses, asset pair and amount to ChangeNOW.

Data we do not request

MCP tools never request private keys, recovery words or Vault passwords. The separate Vault page can generate or accept recovery words locally in the browser; those words and the password are not intentionally transmitted to AiFinPay or ChatGPT.

Purpose and storage

Data is used only to operate, secure and debug the beta. OAuth access and refresh tokens contain public addresses only and are integrity-protected; recovery material and passwords are excluded. Production metadata is stored on the service's persistent encrypted infrastructure volume. Server logs are designed to exclude authorization codes and tokens.

Sharing and sale

AiFinPay does not sell personal data. Hosting, indexing, RPC and optional swap providers may process limited technical or transaction data to provide their respective services. On an enabled network, the broadcast service receives only the raw transaction that the user signed locally.

Your choices

Disconnect the app in ChatGPT to remove its authorization. To request deletion of runtime metadata or report a privacy issue, open a private-data-free support ticket and ask for a secure follow-up channel.
